NAIROBI, August 20, 2026 — The changing demands of Kenya’s higher education sector are creating a new generation of academic leaders who combine scholarly excellence, institutional management and innovation, with Dr. Judith Soi emerging as an example of this evolving leadership.
Dr. Soi, the Academic Registrar at The East African University, recently graduated with a PhD in Business Innovation and Technology Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), marking a significant milestone in her academic and professional journey.

The project seeks to equip residents with skills that are increasingly important in education, employment, entrepreneurship and participation in the digital economy.
