State, Huawei Partner to Restore Forests in Limuru Under 15 Billion Trees Drive
In a landmark move for environmental diplomacy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Environment, and Huawei Kenya have joined forces to restore the endangered forests of Limuru. This multi-stakeholder initiative supports Kenya’s 15-billion-tree target by empowering local communities in Uplands to move beyond tree planting toward sustainable tree growing and climate resilience.
