CAJ Calls for Stronger Public Complaints Handling and Access to Information
The Commission on Administrative Justice has called on public institutions to strengthen complaints resolution systems and improve compliance with the Access to Information Act, 2016, to promote responsive, transparent and accountable public service delivery.
