IRCK Calls for Justice, Peace and Accountability Ahead of June 25 Gen Z Protests Anniversary
The Inter-Religious Council of Kenya (IRCK) and the Kenya Conference of Catholic Bishops (KCCB) have called for justice, peace and accountability ahead of the June 25 commemoration of the 2024 Gen Z protests, urging security agencies to exercise restraint and political leaders to embrace dialogue. Speaking in Nairobi, IRCK Vice Chairman Rev. Fr. Charles Kilonzo said truth, justice and national healing are essential to honouring victims and restoring public trust.
